We are allowed to reopen our operations without restrictions from February 15, 2021. As of now, a new relocation is also possible and prior appointments are no longer necessary.

Access is only possible with an FFP 2 mask. Please enter the building alone, if possible, as no more than 2 people are allowed in our business premises.

We would like to draw your attention to the following rules before and during the auctions:

Our branches are still open for you as usual. Due to the currently circulating CORONAVIRUS | COVID-19, however, we are officially obliged to the following safety precautions and hygiene regulations:

  • In Germany it has been mandatory to wear a mask for some time. We therefore ask you to enter our branches only with a protective mask.
  • Please note that you must wear a medical mask (FFP2 or OP mask). In Munich an FFP2 mask is mandatory. If you are not wearing a medical mask, we unfortunately have to ask you to leave the branch and thank you for your understanding.
  • Please do not enter our branches if you feel sick. In this case, send a confidant.
  • A distance of 2 meters from other customers must be maintained in the counter area. Please follow the attached instructions!
  • If customers are already in the counter area, please wait at the door. An employee will contact you if necessary.
  • We ask accompanying persons to wait in front of the building.

We are obliged to comply with these rules to protect your health.

Your pledges are safe with us at all times, even if the store is temporarily closed!

At Grüne´s Pawn Shops, the health and safety of our customers and our employees are top priorities.

For yourself and others amid growing concerns about the CORONAVIRUS we take precautions to keep COVID-19 healthy. We have introduced improved cleaning measures in our stores and offices, which includes frequent cleaning of high traffic areas and hard surfaces, Entrances, toilets and kitchen areas with all door handles, cash registers, keyboards and digital screens means.

Our employees are instructed to follow a safety protocol that includes regular hand washing, minimal physical contact and no face contact and wear gloves for their own protection and disinfect them at regular intervals.

The situation is constantly evolving and we will always announce all operational changes on this page at short notice.
